Emiliana introduced special packaging for their Adobe Rosé. The entire bottle is encased in a beautiful, full-colour paper wrap. The flowers, fruit, birds, and butterflies on a soft pink background are very pretty. But there’s more to this wrapping than aesthetics.
There are few things on this planet as beautiful as colourful, tropical butterflies. The bountiful collection on the label of Mariposa Allegre Carmenere is true to the translation of its name—joyful butterfly. One could easily imagine them fluttering about amongst the vines in Chile. That would typically be enough to launch a label. The story here though is much deeper and it is told on the back label.
The story behind the wine is powerful but not as immediately impactful as the label. This is an image you might expect to see on the cover of National Geographic.
This vintage portrait of Laura Hartwig on the label of her namesake wine, immediately transports us back to a “kinder, softer” time. These quoted words are also used to describe this expression of Cabernet Sauvignon.
